I have had people from Karebo systems coming into my house saying they are installing a geyser timer and power saver lights as part of the Eskom mass roll out plan, which they did, but ever since they has been a problem with my geyser, the earth leakage switch has been tripping ever since I have spoken to a guy by the name of Neville who advised he no longer works for Karebo systems and that I should phone Saleema who was his boss. When I called her number was full with emails. I thereafter called Eskom on 0118004744 and a Chrisantia advised she will get someone to contact me.i am really getting impatient now, as I am without hot water in my geyser for almost a week now and it is really frustrating having to use the bottom geyser at home.. All I need is my geyser in working condition like it was before this people came into my house saying it will reduce the electricity bill etc, when I don't see that happening. I want my geyser how it was before and they should not asks me to pay for anything. Our taxes should cover that. Many people that I have spoken to have had similar issues with the system.
