I registered on the Karebo website to participate in the Eskom mass roll-out program to convert to more energy efficient products in my home. I registered on the 17th of February 2013, and paid an upfront fee for products hat were to be installed. To date (10 March 2013) I have still not heard from them as to when my installation will be done. I have contacted them via their customer enquiry facility on their website however I am still to receive acknowledgement of my email or feedback on my query. With only days to go before the end of the program I assume that my registration was invain and the money I paid lost.
This is the response you get from government when you try and do the right thing.
