Parcel sitting in JHB for a month

I have 2 parcels sitting in JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) for a month now waiting to be delivered. Every time I phone they tell me it is sitting in a container to be delivered to my post office. The parcels has arrived in JHB on the 14 Feb 2013 and is still sitting there. And do not blame the strike, it has arrived long before the strike. If you can not do your job phone me and I will do it for you by collecting it at your office.
