WORST service EVER!

I know that the post office had a strike... Sent a parcel on 12 February 2013 with Insured Domestic Counter to Counter delivery service which should take 4-6 working days. Now 6 WEEKS later the parcel is still in a container at Witspos. According to the post office the container has still not been opened despite the fact that the strike ended on 15 March 2013. I was told in February that the post office would handle the backlog on a first in first out basis. Parcels sent to JHB after this one has already been delivered! Contacting the customer contact center is fruitless as they simply do not answer their phones. If your customer contact center is not taking calls then you should at least have a recording on the line that warns customers of this fact. I have spent HOURS trying to track this parcel in the last week. Totally unacceptable service!!!
