I handed some parcels in at the Ruimsig branch two weeks ago already, quite conveniently I was NOT told of the strike and they were quite happy to take my money. I now have clients screaming and shouting for their parcels as they have already paid. In spite of numerous emails and phonecalls, my parcels are still floating around in the dark abyss that is the SA Postal Services. HOW MUCH LONGER IS THIS STRIKE GOING TO LAST, OR ARE YOU GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR ANY DAMAGED/LOST PARCELS??? Stop spinning us the usual PR b/s and DO SOMETHING!! This industry is being monopolised and most of us have no choice but to use the Post Office, yet the service is shocking, oh wait, THERE IS NOT SERVICE!!!
