The post office was on strike around the time my parcel was sent so i understood the backlogs but now its been 4 months and still no parcel!!
First it got sent to the Johannesburg depot on Jeppe street. I called them to as if I can pickup my parcel (completely out of the way from where I live, because i was desperate) and they said no i cant, because no parcels stay there, it gets sent from there to the correct post office pickup facility.
Now I see my parcel is sitting on DURMAIL (HUB) since 2013/04/20!! So does this mean its being sent back to the supplier??
I have emailed customer service 4 times and have had no response since 16 May 2013. I asked them politely to please try track my parcel as I have no idea where it is now.

I was extremely patient during the strike. You guys were backlogged and harassed I get it, but now I cant even get a simple response to a mail, asking for help!
I will change this rating to positive if my parcel is located by the post office, but until then Im unhappy!
