A parcel was sent from Durban to Witbank in February 2013. It has been nearly two months now & the parcel has not reached its destination. It is a very important document that was sent by an overnight courier. However, due to the uncaring SA postal service, the parcel with tracking number RD 831965418 has been stuck @ the Tshwane hub forever & I am now facing charges due to the absence of the parcel. Is this what SA postal service is supposed to treat the customers. I have lost patience & hope.
