Hi
So my international package arrived in the country on the 3rd of March, i have been tracking it since it touched base. Within 2 days it was scanned at the Cape Mail Hub and everything goes quiet. no movement whatsoever.
i give them a few days to get it all going, still no movement. call their customer care line and no one answers, end up calling their reception, they keep me on hold for over 10min and still no answer, i call back and i get attitude from the receptionist, until she took the time to listen to me and she finally gave me my domestic tracking number and puts me through to customs. i have been trying to call customs for the past 2 days (Friday and Monday) and no answer.
I dont understand what should be done here, considering i paid my customs and no one wants to explain to me what is going on. Do we really have to go through all this to receive a service that i paid for. i finally decide to go pick it up myself, they yet again send me to customs and no answer!
