We bought a Bissell Easy Vac vacuum cleaner at Game N1 City 14 days ago and it had a mechanical problem in that the internal electrical cord kept on recoiling, which meant I couldn't vacuum properly as the vacuum kept on pulling the cord in. We returned the product and only after I threatened with the consumer Act did they accept it back, stating that the agents (Tevo) really don't like taking products back.
Today, seven days later, returning the second one, again, same attitude. Next stop, news papers, consumer council, and Bissell Global.
