On the 22th of March 2013 I took my vacuum cleaner for a refund because I was not satisfied with the way it sucked the dirt. I wanted to give it back and wanted to search for another one at another time. The guy working in the department at the Bissell stand was so rude pulled up his shoulders when I asked him why they don't want to give me a refund he phoned his Manager and this person gave him messages instead of talking to me the customer. I was utterly upset. I went back to customer services then Game manager come and also said there is nothing she can do about the situation and I told her that if it was another colour of person they would have been assisted the right way. I want my refund on the vacuum cleaner because Game is really disgusting me now with their service.
