I'm sorry I did not get this lady's name but it was just before closing and she found my parcel for me. But what really struck me is, she asked if I had phoned earlier to enquire about closing times and payments. I replied yes, and she said it was her that spoke to me. Wow that blew me away as she took the trouble to ask and was very professional and friendly. Attention to detail like that with customers will be long remembered.
