Where is my parcel?

Had a parcel shipped to me from Centurion on Friday.
The trace report says it is at the post office but to date no notification was sent.

Have been to the post office twice with the refernece number and both times they say that the parcel is not there.

Phoned help line and spoke to a helpful Thuli but she says I must phone again when in the post office.

This is not the way.

I just need the official notification delivered and the parcel supllied on presentation.
I paid a premium for no service.
