Hi. A parcel was sent to me on 2013/03/06 from the Oberholzer Post Office in Gauteng. From the date the parcel was scanned until now, no-one can tell me where my parcel is. They gave me a number at the post office of the Krugersdorp hub, which did not exist. When I phoned back to enquire again, they told me that they are busy and can't help me now, I must just wait and see when the parcel will arrive in Kimberley. You can't complain about bad service, because there is no service at all.
