I ordered a parcel from overseas and only had the international tracking number - I googled "how to find the ZA tracking number" and came across Ben Blignaut's name and address from someone who was commenting on his great service. I sent Mr Blignaut an email and received a reply within 5 minutes. Not only the tracking number but also where it was last scanned, I have since had need to contact Mr Blignaut again due to the strike and again recieved impecable service. Well done and Thank you! I hope that your supervisors notice your great work and attitude.
