While struggling to get hold of someone for assistance in tracking a parcel from the USA I stumbled across this website where people were raving about the service received from Ben. These date back to 2011. I gave it a try, sent out the e-mail not expecting much. Not even 2 minutes later, and the reply came back from Ben Blignaut. SA Post Office, you should hold on to this man and give him the credit which he deserves. It is rare for any person to perform so proudly in their job while the rest of the staff have a no care attitude and the SA Postal Service is falling apart. Well done Ben, keep up the good work.
