I must admit that I had my doubts about the capabilities of the South African Post Office, but Benjamen Blignaut has proved wrong. I was having issues with tracking my documents, as the tracking number was not working, I sent an email to the Post Office, and within 10 min I got a reply from Mr Blignaut. He was able to assist me with all my queries and was never rude or obnoxious in any of his emails to me. I am a difficult client, and often times want immediate results, and with Mr Blignaut I got just that. I now have my documents, and am able to say that the service I was given was truly remarkable.
