Like so many South Africans, trying to find missing parcels from overseas, I was about to give up my efforts when I came upon the e-mail address of one Ben Blignaut on one of the forums on the internet. Not really expecting a reply (as usual), I sent of a short description of my problem to this address and nearly fell out of my chair when, within a few minutes, I received an answer from Ben explaining in the most polite way exactly where my parcel was. He even went the extra mile by using one of his contacts to stop my parcel from being sent back to the USA and also reported back after everything was sorted out.
Who is this person and where did he come from? I am almost convinced that he was sent down from heaven to restore South Africans' trust in humankind!
