Quick and acurate response, very helpfull

I have requested a RSA tracking number and place were parcel from USA is and within 5 minutes Benjamin Blignaut from Customer Services Contact Centre replied with all and more information that i requested from him. Best and quickest response i saw in a very long time and he deserves the possible feedback.
