Account suspended

I've paid my account and yet my cellphone number is suspended. I have called them numerous times and I am always told that it will take about 24 hours to reconnect. It's been more than a week now and I can't get hold of them today. The phone rings with no answer. Where is their customer service? What's the point of paying for a service that does not exist? I cannot make any calls whatsoever and no-one's come back to me!

I urge for them to sort this out today or I will have to forward this to ombudsman
