I have asked the company to do a sim swap for me, they did and after a few days my number did not work anymore. I have called, send emails, left messages, but no luck. They are fast to send sms to say make sure there is funds for your payment, but the number does not work. I have called MTN, but they can't help as it is not theirs. So what to do, keep on paying for something I don't have... They don't even reply to my mails or phone calls. When trying to use the phone it state number has been suspended...
