A month ago I asked Cell C to contact me. Spoke to them x3 times got a reference number. The credit control department since then has not called me back. I requested that I make an arrangement with my account without it being suspended. I subsequently made a payment to the account and my account is suspended. So I'm concerned because clearly they will start with lawyers letters yet the client has reached out to them. Cell C if the contract did not only expire in 2014 I would cancel it. It is really Cell See for yourself. When one calls they take 45 min to answer a call. Their excuse they have a high call rate.
