Two weeks ago this is what was promised "We can confidently assure you that management is working on a contingency plan to remedy and put the operation back to its prompt service delivery"
To me that means service should have continued as usual by now. I'm not interested in apologies anymore. Please tell me how I can go about getting a refund for the parcels due to be delivered as I've been waiting for 3 weeks now! Do NOT give me customer services details as I can see for myself where my parcels are.
