SAPO - please advise on whereabouts of my parcel - stuck in the void since the 16th February and no end in sight.
Tracking number is PE771470386ZA. I want to have my parcel collected from Moreleta Village, and will make alternative arrangements to have it shipped to Cape Town. Needless to say, this is an expensive exercise.
What I can't understand is this: if there is industrial action present, why accept parcels and the postage in the first place? Why not simply tell the customer that they have a snowball's chance in to get the parcel to its destination and would be better off to use another service entirely?
