Parcel RB438905877HK (RI268486263ZA) was received and cleared by customs on 12 Feb 2013 and sent to JHB INT MAIL CENTRE on 13 Feb 2013. It has been in TRANSIT to Germiston since 21 Feb 2013!!! Phoning or emailing the customer help line is a dead loss...
