I have been waiting for my international parcel [Tracking no: RI271497589ZA] to be delivered to me since it arrived in SA on 24 May 2013, this parcel has been going from one SAPO centre to the next without reaching me. I normally get my parcels from Bramley SAPO.
I have called all the centres and have received no assistance, i am told to leave my numbers as they check on it but nobody ever gets back to me. I have complained at the Head Office, but they sent me back to the then current location of the parcel, when i made arrangements to get it from there on the same day (JHB mail centre), it was not there, they said it has already moved. I simply want it to get to me (i believe my address is clear on the parcel too).
Am i ever going to receive it?
