I paid for a two day delivery service from George to Durban.i called on the 3 rd day and the person who answered the fone checked the tracking number and agreed that it should have been delivered.i received a call back from a rude abnoxious character who rattled off in Afrikaans firstly until I have to shout at him to stop, then ones on to tell me that I should receive my parcel in 6 days not two as arrange as there were flight delays! i have never heard of a flight having a 5 day delay... then when I demand that's be refunded for the special two day service which I didn't recieve he rudely says that I didn't pay it... my supplier did so I can't complain! i paid for the courier! And also that the courier fee is actually twice the price!
