Double Payment
I, XXXXX, made payment on my tv licence last year, however the payment was not reflecting on SABC payment system, when i went to purchase a TV, therefore Game would not allow us to purchase the Tv. My son then requested a TV licence on his name in order to receive the tv. The Monday i spoke to a consultant, regarding payment for 2011 from myself and my son and requested a refund. The consultant advised me that SABC does not give refunds, however my son's account would be cancelled and his payment for 2011 will be transfered to my account for 2012.
I am quiet perturbed that this query was not resolved last year already. To my knowledge the consultant advised payment was received from CY and L, and due to there being only one TV in the house, the payment from my son's account would be transfered to my account and his account cancelled.
Please resolve.
