I received a final reminder for payment of my late husband's TV licence. He passed away on 21/09/2012. Despite several notifications of his death to which a copy of his id, death certificate, letters of executorship and id of executor were attached, no attention has been given to this matter.
I am desperate to find a solution to this matter as I can not resolve it with the SABC. All I receive from them is reminders for payment of a licence while the holder has passed away!
Is it the only admin they do is to send out reminders. I would like to suggest that they first check correspondence and e-mails before sending out reminders.
