I visited Sunrise Beauty in Retreat after being a long term customer for approx 3.5 years. My normal therapist Nicole was wonderful but went on maternity leave. Her replacement did some waxing for me which was quite painful in one area where she did not rip the strip off correctly and pulled my skin the wrong way. She did not seem very competent. I winced and told her it hurt. The next day most of my arm was bruised quite badly. I called to complain and they said the owner Dee would call me back and I asked for her email add to send pics of the bruising. NO reply. I resent emails 6 times as the email kept bouncing back and called again to the salon to advise them. They said the email was correct so I left another tel message. Finally I called a few more times and then received a call from the owner to say she saw the pics and email and she cannot understand as she was waxed by the same girl the day before. She made no attempt to resolve the matter or even offer me a refund, in fact I was questioned as though I was making this all up and shetalked over me. I offered to meet her to show her the bruising and was told "what do you want me to do? " great service! wont go back thereagain
