On the 29 October 2013 i send my doll for repairs to Little Gifts Of Life @ Melkbosstrand via insured post. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks from the date they received her till they send her back. I pay the money for the new head and to send her back to me via insured post. When i phoned Aggie last week Wednesday she told me that they are going to send the doll on Thursday 12 December via courier service and that i will have the doll on Monday. Monday was a public holiday and seeing that the courier service don't do deliveries on weekends i thought i would received the doll on Tuesday but it didn't happen. So i send them another email and i phone them and left a message for Aggie to phone me back. She didn't phone me so this morning (Thursday 19 December) i AGAIN send emails and every time i phone the phone just rang and then went over to voice mail. I phone from my cellphone and eventually got hold of Aggie who said she thought i got my doll but she will find out what happened and come back to me. She still didn't come back to me and they do not answer their phones OR emails. It's almost 2 months now after i send the doll to them. I want my doll back a.s.a.p.
