I went to absolute beauty on the 1 May got my haircut. My hair was a disaster I phoned the owner of absolute beauty she said she will be able to look at my hair on the 7 May at 6:00 that is the only time she can have a look at it. I went and they did try to improve the lady told me I must come back if im not happy. On 6 June I sent a email to the owner I am realy unhappy with my hair. I have noticed on there web site that the lady that tried to fix my was not even the owner. The owner gave me a call the next day and when I confronted here about that she not even had a look at my hair she laught and told me she cant cut hair. I don't want a call from this company back. Just want to let the customers now in the future what I went threw and stuck with a terrible hair cut. I will just have to wait untill it's grown out a year or 2. SO BEWARE OF ABSOLUTE BEAUTY PROTEA HEIGHTS.
