I went with my sister for our treatments. The service wasn't as good as i have had at other branches but gave it a try. since it was my sister's first time there, i asked her therapist if she will map her face, she initially ignored me, then i asked why and she told me with great attitude that it was obvious! i did tell her i dont know whats obvious in her store, she needs to inform us. Now my sister came home without her mapping paper
when i washed my face in the evening, i had an irritation on my eyelids, and the area was red. when i woke up the morning i was greeted by 2 scraches, i suppose from the waxing? i have been waxing my eyebrows for a yr now at Sorbet Greenstone and never experienced this. besides the fact that the therapist accidentally removed some hair and decided to tint my eyebrows so it wont show, without telling me of-course.
the experience is the kind that will make me drive 20 kms instead of using their store which is 2 km from my house.
