I had an international guest that wanted a waxing appointment. Lady arrived at the appointment and was treated by a therapist on a bed that had not been cleaned from the previous appointment and was still covered in talc.
The therapist proceeded with the waxing and had absolutely no idea how to do the procedure, 45 minutes to do the legs of which half of the hair remained. The bikini, she used a razor and said that she would wax after... the waxing obviously did not remove half of the shaved hair. The brow waxing was the cherry on the cake... with wax being put on the sides of her hair by her ears... at which point the hair was cut to remove wax... R460 later with a furious guest
I called the owner Sonja whom advised me to please call her in future and not book without her knowledge... and was quite surprised that this had occurred.. just a sorry and in future call me... no offer to correct the situation or to refund the client... SHOCKING!!!
