As my regular beauty therapist is away on leave. I assumed the perfect and safest place to get my eyebrows done was at a perfect 10 store. One would assume they would have skilled beauty therapists.
I had an appointment at Perfect 10 Woodmead on the 25 May 2013 for eyebrows and upper lip wax. The lady who waxed my eyebrows, did not have a clue about waxing or shaping- She waxed over the same spot approx 4-5 times, tweezed my skin to death, and still didn't manage to provide anything close to a proper shape. I am appalled with the service at perfect 10. The therapist proceeded to tell me (after me telling her continuously that i was unhappy with the direction my eyebrows were taking) that " If you complain, people mess up your eyebrows on purpose" Really??? If I am a paying customer NO1 should mess up "on purpose". At this point I was too afraid to allow her to do my upper lip.
I left perfect 10 with bruises and soreness around the eye area, scabbing the next day AND thin, jagged, uneven lines of eyebrows.
Why charge people good money if you cannot hire skilled professionals? I am most disappointed in perfect 10. Here's 1 place my friends and I will never visit again!!
