Yes Sir i have been caught in the same trap, also for a judgement, i paid Sias Meyer an amount to remove my judgement and after numerous emails and sms's he always replied that he was in court, cape town, Johannesburg or not in the office. Now he has stopped with the replies and does not even answer his phone. So went and did a little digging, I made contact with the place that he was supposed to pay the money to and they told me that they have never heard about Mr Sias Meyer and that he did not make any arrangements with them. So i asked him to forward me the paid up letter and again he answered that he was not in the office and after that a month later no answer on his cell phone or emails. This has now cost me a bunch of money and i am still in the same position as i was six months ago no credit.

Every time i applied for credit my score only weakened (Inquiries) and i am now fed up of being declined credit.

Please if any one has made any progress regarding Sias Meyer, let me know. In the start i even suggested him to friends, family and colleagues now every on is cross with me.
