Please answer your phones

I ordered a parcel from the UK over 3 weeks ago. When i phone my local post office they tell me that as I have no tracking number I should call the International Mail center and give them my surname and then i will be able to get a local tracking number.
I have been trying to call the Mail Center for two days now and noone answers. Please can someone help.
