5 days of no power with a new born

I have been without power for passed 5 days and I have new born in the house with cold weather. On Sunday the 9th of June I logged a cold for a fault and everyday I get a 18 hours I get an SMS saying its been sort while we still have no electricity. All the fridge food has gone off as a result of this. This is hard especially with anew born in house. All I m asking for someone to come sort this mess, I am begging you Eskom please for the sake of my new born baby. The last reference number I was given is 96729467. Please help please
