I bought electricity and I had a problem with it I called eskom on the 13th of December to report it and the promised to help me within 48 hours but up to date I have not been help, I've been calling them since and spoke to xolisa but keep on telling me that I must wait for another 48 hours I really don't know what to do now I really feel that eskom does not care about us. I really need help is been days without electricity is very bad
