Postal Strike

I rent a post box at over R300 pa and in addition the post I receive is paid to the postal services. If I am late paying my rent, I have to pay an additional fee for late payment. Am i not entitled to a refund from the Post Office for non delivery or late delivery of services for which I have paid in advance or how about a a refund on my rental for 2014 for all the days they were on strike and did not provide a prepaid service to me??
