POST BOX RENEWED BUT IS NOW LOCKED

I, as a diligent SA Citizen, did the right thing and paid to renew our post box in Clubivew. An amount of R 320.00 was paid cash to the Highveld Post Office on 5 December 2012. Yesterday I went to collect post, only to find that the box is locked from the inside. Upon enquiry at the Centurion Post Office, I was told that I had not renewed the service. Is there anywhere in South Africa that something can be done properly the first time?? I was also told by the helpful Sarie, that she could not tell me when the box would be unlocked because the Tshwane postal services are on strike. So again, as a paying citizen I must be happy with incompetent service. Do these people not take pride in their work and aim to do it properly??
