I Went to Post Office in Johannesburg this Wednesday to post a letter, fast mail with the intention that the person I"m sending the letter to will get it by Monday.By Thursday (yesterday) i tried to send another letter fast mail at Randburg post office, and was told it can take long due to the strike that i was not aware of. My problem is that here in Johannesburg they don't inform us. I went there to ask why we are not informed in time, the consultant just sad his not aware as its only the delivery guys on strike so no idea what's going on i need to speak to his Superior by the name of Beverly, and she just told me that the strike is all over the news why i just became aware yesterday (but her staff sad was not aware), and its not her responsibility to put a notice that there's a strike because its a illegal strike. The problem is that they don't want to take responsibility, we need to assume about the strike.customer service there is poor.
