I've been waiting for 4 of my parcels for over a week and a half now, that should've take no more than 4 working days to deliver!
When i called the customer support center on Monday, all i've been informed is "There's a backlog due to strikes". When I called again yesterday I kindly asked the one lady there if the strikes are still going and when they expected to end. She was just rude to me like she was doing me a favour answering my questions.
Yes i get it that its out of the support peoples hands but overall im very disappointed in the post office management for letting this go on so long and for lack of communication! My dads birthday was a week ago and his present is still sitting at the Germiston hub!
Im really frustrated and irritated about this. Take control of your staff!!
