I joined Outsurance some 4 or 5 months ago< they sent me a policy schedule on email but i requested a hard copy to be sent to me via post, this has not happened. I have made the same request at;east 3times and still nothing. 5 months of being insured with Outsurance and i still don't know the details of my policy. What makes me angry is that every time i request the policy schedule and ask why i have not received one, i get the sam story about post office strikes as if that's what the people in the call centre have been told to say. i wonder if the post office only strikes against Outsurance because i get all my other mail. Somebody Sort This Out!!!
