Hi there i finish at this company last year December, i had a provident policies with them, the metal industry one, when i finish i did full all documents in, then the hr manager told me that it takes 6 weeks, then i will receive my money, but after the 6 weeks i phoned with no response back, i tried for almost 3 weeks then the hr manager came back, and talk to fast, telling me that i cant get my money because they still own the provident fund money on the employees, so for all the time they toke my money every month, but didn't't pay it, now they are busy sorting it out but it is almost an another 2 weeks and i do not hear any thing about them, this is not right, what can i do to get my money, they put me in a made light with all my monthly expenses, not even to speak about the - 200 ours overtime they didn't't pay up to date, and the CEO just said he will not pay it, but i did work the overtime, this is bad, now they ask why did i leave them, this is why
