I am writing this on behalf of my domestic worker Bernice Selwane Lekhoaba. I am so upset that these people take advantage of the under privileged. I have been trying to assist Bernice from 21/01/2013 and still this is not paid out yet. This provident fund is outstanding from 6th November 2009. Joyce at Bosele Pension Fund keep on telling Bernice it is busy being processed or documents are outstanding. All documents they already have. Bernice does not have money to waste on airtime and she already spent more than R200 trying to get this sorted and every time she have been told they will phone her back the next day and they never do. R200 is a lot of money for her.
I have also sent numerous emails with no response. This is unacceptable and we are beginning to think they don't have the money to pay Bernice.
