Old Mutual Delaying my Provident Fund Payment

I left Nedbank end of May and expected Provident Fund payment after maximum of 6 weeks as promised but after the said time there was still no money in my account. I called Old Mutual and spoke to Tania (after 8 weeks of waiting) who told me that Nedbank had not submitted all documents but admitted that Old Mutual was supposed to have sent me an sms warning me that I needed to contact Nedbank to send/resend my documents. I contacted Nedbank who told me they have submitted my documents and called Old Mutual again to verify and spoke to Nontando Tshangela who confirmed receipt of documents but despite waiting for more than two months, she told me I will still need to wait for a further 3 or more weeks. I asked to speak to her manager Clint Oliver who refused to speak to me and simply asked Nontando to tell me to wait for 3 or more weeks. My concern is that I have made commitments because I expected money after 6 weeks and now my financial stability is suffering as a result of Old Mutual and Nedbank not paying my money in time. Do I really need to wait for the queue despite my application being logged two months ago? I'm disappointed in Old Mutual's service
