Poor service delivery

I belong to a provident fund group called the DESTINY RETIREMENT FUND part of the GIB EMPLOYEE BENEFITS GROUP.My company pays my provident fund money to them. I have resigned at my present company.2 (Two Weeks) before i resigned i spoke to a person called RHEKESH working at this company and he told me that my money will be paid out - 2 weeks after i have resigned. Now all of a sudden it is a different story. They say they only receive my companies money by the 7th of the month while my company pays them by the end of the month does not make sense. He also told me they will only update the system by the end of September and only pay me out by the 2nd week of October. WHY? Still does not make sense it just tells me the people there are to lazy just to help a client or go out of their way to help a person. I mean this process should not take longer than 3 weeks at the most for me to receive my money. Can somebody please out their with some common sense help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. because this is frustrating to me. They thik it is a joke but to me it is not.
