I bought a gift for someone online and because the company is based in cape town and my friend is in bendor park in polokwane I put his address as the shipping address for the parcel. I stayed in constant communication with the company and I was assured the parcel was mailed to him and I even have a track number for the parcel. The problem comes with the fact the parcel was moving along fine until Polokwane hub because for some reason the parcel has somehow managed to stay in transit at this one point for over a month now without any explanation why
