I moved out of the property I was renting in Bavitana unit 84 end of June and to date there has been no communication about refunding my deposit and electricity monies. Last I heard was agent is waiting for a quote for fixing up broken stuff in the flat. Mind you I was never given a checklist form on occupation of the flat despite several requests that I made. I then filled up my own form and sent it to agent. For the whole 6 months I lived there not even 1 faulty thing was fixed even thought I made request monthly for this...
