I called Hollard insurance, and was automatically put in touch with PG glass in Howick, who sent me confirmation of my windscreen claim and said they would contact me shortly to arrange a date to come out and repair my windscreen. that was nearly 2 months ago!!!
i contacted Hollard with my problem, who got straight back to me after e-mailing PG glass in Howick with my complaint and assured me that they would be in touch with me, that was about twop weeks ago, i am still waiting!!! with a very damaged, dangerous windscreen!!!
